Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Client Acquisition to lead and execute our new client acquisition strategy. You will play a critical role in identifying growth opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through innovative sales and outreach initiatives. This is a strategic leadership position for someone passionate about scaling B2B software solutions, creating high-impact partnerships, and optimizing the client acquisition funnel. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement scalable strategies to acquire new clients across targeted verticals and geographies. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team focused on new business development. Build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound campaigns, partnerships, and industry events. Collaborate with marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and lead generation efforts. Engage directly with high-value prospects and close strategic deals. Analyze data and metrics to optimize acquisition strategies and increase conversion rates. Expand the companys market presence by identifying and developing new business opportunities. Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, customer success, and leadership teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client value. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and technological shifts to adapt strategies proactively. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of experience in B2B software sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving client growth. Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and SaaS sales strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience working in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
