Role Overview Our Client is seeking a dynamic Head of Business Development to lead global BD strategy for its BSS product portfolio. This role is instrumental in driving revenue growth and new client acquisition across APAC, Africa, Middle East, and developed markets like Europe, North America, and ANZ. Location: Bangalore (Preferred) | Gurgaon | Pune | Mumbai Experience: 1823 years (Minimum 10 years in BD/Sales within BSS) Reporting To: Product Unit Leader Team Size: 34 direct, 1012 overall Interview Mode: Hybrid (Virtual + In-person) What Youll Be Doing Drive end-to-end business development across assigned geographies Lead market entry and growth in Europe, Americas, and ANZ Own the sales pipeline, lead generation, and closure activities Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define GTM strategies Develop C-level client relationships and strategic partnerships Manage and mentor a global BD team across multiple markets What You Must Bring Telecom Industry experience 1823 years of experience, with 10+ years in BSS Sales/BD - MANDATORY Strong exposure to telecom product sales Demonstrated success in developed markets (Europe, Americas, ANZ) Deep understanding of telecom industry, product positioning, and client acquisition Ideal Industry Background Telecom Software & BSS Platforms Technology-led Consulting in Telecom Product Firms with BSS Stack Focus,
