Job Title: Head of Broking Location: Gurgaon Experience: 15+ Years Industry: Stock Broking, Wealth Management, Investment Advisory Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Broking to lead our retail broking division in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, team leadership, revenue generation, client acquisition, and risk management while ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Revenue Growth Drive overall revenue growth in the broking division by acquiring new clients and expanding market share. Develop and implement strategies to increase trading volumes in equities, commodities, derivatives, and wealth management services. Identify new business opportunities, strategic alliances, and partnerships to enhance service offerings. Channel & Team Management Lead and manage a team of Equity/Commodity Advisors, Managers, and Cluster Heads across multiple locations. Ensure effective recruitment, training, and performance management to drive a high-performing sales team. Build strong relationships with sub-brokers, financial advisors, and institutional partners to expand distribution networks. Risk Management & Compliance Monitor trading activities, risk exposure, and client portfolios to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. Implement effective risk policies to safeguard firm and client investments. Ensure adherence to SEBI and exchange compliance regulations. Client Relationship & Retention Manage and grow relationships with HNI & institutional clients, ensuring top-notch advisory and investment services. Drive customer engagement through personalized investment strategies, research insights, and market updates. Enhance client experience by leveraging digital platforms and automation tools. Product & Market Strategy Oversee the successful launch of new investment products and third-party offerings like mutual funds, insurance, and structured products. Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes to drive innovation and service excellence. Key Requirements: Experience: 15+ years in stock broking, investment advisory, and financial markets. Leadership: Proven experience in managing large sales teams and branch networks across multiple locations. Industry Knowledge: Expertise in equity, derivatives, commodities, and wealth management products. Business Acumen: Strong track record in revenue generation, risk management, and compliance. Education: MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or related fields (preferred). Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with online trading platforms, CRM tools, and digital broking solutions.,
