Position: Brand Head Role Overview: Responsible for developing and executing brand strategy, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels, and strengthening organizational reputation and visibility. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Management Develop and implement brand strategy aligned with company vision and values. Maintain consistency across digital, print, events, and internal communications. Oversee brand architecture, visual identity, and tone of voice. Corporate Communications Lead internal and external communications (press releases, speeches, newsletters). Manage media relations and serve as the point of contact for press. Develop and implement crisis communication plans. Marketing Communications Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns. Ensure message alignment across departments. Supervise content for digital platforms (social media, website, blogs). Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor brand, PR, and communication teams. Manage agencies and external vendors. Set KPIs and evaluate communication effectiveness. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with senior leadership to align brand and business goals. Build strong relationships with customers, partners, investors, and employees. Essential Qualifications & Skills: Masters in Marketing with experience in brand management. Proven leadership and team-building capabilities. Proficient in digital marketing, media planning, and content strategy. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.,
