You will be working as the Head of Academics in India for a leading global EdTech company that focuses on providing high-quality education through innovative programs in partnership with universities worldwide. Your role will involve overseeing academic strategy, delivery, and university collaborations in India to ensure academic excellence and regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing academic strategies aligned with global standards and local requirements, enhancing academic quality, learning outcomes, and student experience, and managing partnerships with Indian and global universities. You will also be responsible for academic operations, team management, and fostering cross-functional collaboration with various internal teams. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 15 years of experience in academic leadership roles within higher education, EdTech, or university partnership ecosystems. A deep understanding of the Indian higher education landscape, regulations, and academic operations is essential, along with a proven track record of working with universities or educational regulators. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills are required, and experience in both traditional and online/hybrid education models would be advantageous. A PhD or Masters degree in Education, Management, or related fields is preferred.
