Job description Responsibilities: Planning and implementing Servers, network infrastructure & End Point devices Building and adherence to IT Policies Liaising with various vendors including vendor selection and solutioning, vendor performance management and development of KPIs and milestones The role includes configuration, maintenance, support and optimization of Hardware and software assets. Ensure compliance of IT assets with security guidelines, managing back-ups and restoration Upkeeping and monitoring of Disaster recovery and business continuity planning End point management of laptops and other hardware This role will have a team of specialists reporting to it so mentoring team members, ensuring high performance output and adherence to local guidelines will be a key growth component for this position. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate or post-graduate education in engineering or IT with overall 18+ years of experience Experience in managing IT infrastructure Solid experience in working in ITIL and ITSM processes Experience in working within Cloud Infrastructure and implementation specifically MS Azure Vendor management experience Critical thinking, problem solving skills, negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships and communication skills (written & verbal). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
