Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a high-performing finance professional to lead Investor Relations, and M&A initiatives for Jubilant Foodworks Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for positioning the company effectively within the capital markets while evaluating strategic opportunities to drive long-term growth. This role requires strong financial acumen, industry awareness, and the ability to represent the brand credibly to external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Investor Relations: Lead end-to-end investor relations strategy as befits a listed, fast-growing QSR brand Manage quarterly earnings announcements, investor decks, call scripts, and media queries in coordination with the CFO and CEO Build and maintain relationships with buy-side and sell-side analysts, institutional investors, and proxy advisory firms Monitor QSR market trends, peer performance, and shareholder feedback; relay insights to senior leadership Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant disclosures across all investor touchpoints Represent the brand at investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, and AGM M&A and Strategic Finance: Work with CFO and business leaders to identify and evaluate M&A and JV opportunities across India and international markets Develop financial models, conduct valuation benchmarking, and support commercial due diligence Draft investment notes and board presentations to support strategic decision-making Coordinate with legal, finance, and business teams to ensure smooth deal execution and integration Ideal Candidate Profile: MBA (Finance), CA, or CFA with 812 years of relevant experience Prior experience in listed entities, preferably in QSR, FMCG, or retail sectors Strong understanding of financial markets, investor expectations, and regulatory disclosures (SEBI, BSE/NSE) High comfort with financial modelling, business valuation, and capital allocation frameworks Excellent written and verbal communication, with a strong executive presence Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced consumer-facing business,
