Job Title: Head of Interior Design Job Type: Full-time Location: Gurgaon Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Head of Interior Design to lead our team of designers in creating innovative and functional commercial interior designs. The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years of experience in commercial interiors and a strong track record of successful projects. Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of designers to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of projects. 2. Develop and implement design strategies that align with company goals and objectives. 3. Oversee the entire design process, from concept development to final delivery. 4. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. 5. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and standards. 6. Mentor and train junior designers. 7. Manage project budgets and timelines. 8. Review and approve all design concepts and final deliverables. Requirements: 1. Minimum of 15 years of work experience in commercial interiors 2. Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field 3. Strong leadership and management skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills 6. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, 3D. 7. Strong portfolio showcasing successful commercial interior design projects 8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 9. Experience managing project budgets and timelines 10. Candidate must have worked in a large firm for 2-3 years.,
