Key Responsibilities Financial Management: Streamline processes to improve revenue, reduce costs, and manage financial risks. Team Leadership: Lead the finance team, ensuring high performance and alignment with company objectives. Reporting & Compliance: Ensure compliance with IFRS and prepare financial reports for internal and regulatory bodies. Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee annual budgeting, regular updates, and financial forecasting. Investment & Cost Management: Provide recommendations on investments and cost-saving strategies. Audit & Stakeholder Relations: Manage external audits and provide financial guidance to shareholders. Cash & Tax Management: Supervise cash flow, accounts, and ensure tax compliance (transfer pricing). Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analyses and develop models to support strategic decisions. Business Development: Collaborate on pricing strategies and cultivate new business opportunities within the healthcare industry. Qualifications & Experience Education: CA Experience: 12+ years in corporate finance, with 2+ years in healthcare/pharma industry. Skills: Strong financial expertise, leadership, strategic planning, and proficiency in financial software.
