Hiring, Senior Technical position with below skills and experience Head Data Innovation & Analytics Platform To achieve a competitive differentiation leveraging analytics, we plans to invest in a proprietary data and analytics platform, which can effectively prospect, underwrite and engage clients through the customers lifecycle through digital and offline channels across consumers and commercial businesses. Reporting to the Head of Analytics, you will be driving the data strategy roadmap, articulate the vision for the data and business intelligence platform and lead the data engineering team to build a best in class suite of tools/capabilities to empower our data scientists, product and business managers with frictionless access to data, analytics and insights. Expectations Define the data strategy roadmap, sourcing credit and alternate data from structured and unstructured sources across digital and offline channels from internal/external sources Drive Prospect Acquisitions through digital self service and sales force effectiveness capabilities Develop data partnership opportunities across multiple industries (retailers, e-commerce, wallets, OEMs etc); partner with business to develop new product constructs for niche segments Define a big data analytics stack/platform to ingest data, create organized layer (relational, no SQL), define reporting & data visualization; Craft a deployment road map in partnership with Tech/Infra Partner with Tech to build a scalable analytics & decision execution platform to support batch/real-time use cases; expose APIs to 3rd parties to consume decision APIs for specific use cases Build a high performing team of data analysts/engineers/designers to manage the analytics platform Competencies Thought leadership/Expertise in building/implementing end to end data and business intelligence platforms; Led data platform solutions engagement using big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark 12+ Years of experience in a solution consulting/product/engineering leadership role; 6+ Years of experience leading engineering teams (cloud based, big data platforms like AWS/Azure) Strong transactional understanding of the big data platforms/capabilities; Solid grasp of data storage (e.g. HBase, MongoDB), relational and no SQL database design and Business Intelligence tools Required Skills and Experience Industry: IT/Computers-Software Role: Head - Data Innovation & Analytics Platform key Skills : Big Data, Analytics, Analytics Head, Hadoop, Spark, Data Engineering, Cloud, AWS, Azure, Data Storage, HBase, MongoDB, RDBMS, No SQL database design, Business Intelligence, BI Education : B.E/B.Tech Email ID: jobs@augustainfotech.com,
