Head Commercial spaces / Co-Working Vertical ( Real Estate) Bachelors degree in business administration. MBA or an advanced degree is a plus Min 10 years experience in Real Estate or a related field. Min 4/5 years of experience in the co-working sectors with a proven track record of success in sourcing, operations, and business development in coworking/shared workspace domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the co-working industry, with comprehensive knowledge of sourcing, operations, business development, and community management. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to drive growth and enhance our co-working offerings and with ability to give inputs on all aspects of the coworking business. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies for the growth and expansion of our co-working vertical. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships, to increase occupancy rates and revenue streams. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies. Customer Experience: Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for all members. Strong understanding of the coworking domain, including trends, challenges, and opportunities. Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
