Job Description
All India Football Federation is looking for an experienced and talented Head Coach to manage our Indian National U16 Football Team for SAFF championship. The selected candidate will oversee building a competitive and winning team by formulating game plans, designing, and implementing effective training programmes, submitting monthly reports, and managing the teams daily activities. Key Deliverables Qualifications Must be a Pro License holder. Minimum of 5 years of coaching experience at the national or international level. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent leadership and motivational qualities. Sound knowledge of football regulations, strategies, and tactics. The ability to lead a team while maintaining team unity. The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances. Willing to work flexi hours, including evenings and weekends. Previous experience working with young players and developing their skills.
