Job Description

Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive client acquisition strategy aligned with company goals and market trends. Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify high-potential startup clients. Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the value proposition of our services. Negotiate and close client contracts to secure new business opportunities. Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the client acquisition strategy and identify areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client acquisition Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the staffing industry or a related field. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth. Strong understanding of the contingency, RPO, and contract staffing models. In-depth knowledge of the startup ecosystem and its unique recruitment challenges. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients at all levels. Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and a data-driven approach.
