We would request only those candidates to apply who live in Mumbai. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef at Zinque Boutique Patisserie in Mumbai. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating new pastry recipes, designing menu items, managing inventory, managing the kitchen staff and ensuring high-quality baked goods are produced consistently and presentation meet standards. Qualifications Culinary Arts, Pastry Making, and Baking skills Experience in menu creation and recipe development Inventory management and food cost control skills Leadership and team management abilities Excellent organizational and time management skills Food safety and sanitation knowledge Create, plan and update the bakery's menu including seasonal items, new recipes and customer favorites.
