Job Description
A. Job Objective
- Head the Asset & Maintenance (A&M) department focused on supervising and leading all maintenance processes and asset management operations for Lithium.
- Maintaining assets (vehicles, workshop equipment, chargers, spares, etc), tracking maintenance and compliance expenses and overseeing the budgets for A&M.
B. Primary responsibilities Functional
- Ensure high uptime of vehicle fleet and chargers for maximal utilization
- Track fleet performance, maintain analytics of vehicle and charger usage
- Guide the team for best asset utilizations and reduce Total Cost of Operations (TCO)
- Manage Supplier relations across OEMs, workshops, spares, insurance, compliances
- Review Purchase requests for new and replacement vehicles
- Develop and manage Department Budget, reduce (TCO) cost of A&M / km / vehicle
- Develop, implement Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for A&M for profitability
- Manage, schedule and monitor maintenance repair, accident job works and lead the team to deliver effectively
- Oversee vehicle and charger maintenance to comply with Health, Safety and Environment regulations and vehicle health
- Develop Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule and monitor performance
- Manage company owned Repairs and workshop facilities to world class standards Lithium Corporate Job
Description:-
- Balance between both Company owned workshops and authorised external workshops to maximise vehicle uptime and reduce TCO
- Continuous training and development of team for achieving dept objectives
- Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department.
- Implement 5S and comply to all safety & environment requirements
- Manage team across location in the Day-to-Day performance of their jobs
- Manage the process of disposal of obsolete assets in safe and lawful manner Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
