Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Financial Accounting & Reporting: Oversee all accounting operations including GL, AR, AP, and reconciliations. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable standards. Auditing & Compliance: Lead statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain internal control systems to mitigate risks. SAP Implementation & Management: Manage accounting operations and reporting within the SAP environment. Optimize SAP functionalities to streamline financial processes and ensure accurate reporting. Strategic Financial Planning: Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning activities. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure high levels of performance and professional growth. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team. Qualifications & Experience: CA qualification is mandatory. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in accounting, auditing, and financial management. Proficiency in SAP is a must, with hands-on experience in using and managing SAP modules related to finance. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and regulatory frameworks. Key Skills: Expertise in financial and management accounting. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) alongside SAP. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to multinational or large corporate environments. Knowledge of industry-specific financial regulations and practices.,
