Key Responsibilities: Note: Location Borivali (East) 3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor and analyse budget variances and provide explanations for deviations. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for achieving financial targets. 5. Audit and Internal Controls: Support the audit process by preparing financial statements, schedules, and supporting documents. Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and identify opportunities for process improvements. Assist in the implementation of accounting policies and procedures. 6. Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement. Conduct cost analysis and profitability assessments. Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors or masters degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Solid understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting standards Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with ERP systems or financial management software is a plus. Prior experience in accounting or finance roles is beneficial.,
