Role Description The Site Head will be responsible for managing, training, and motivating a team of sales representatives, setting sales goals, and developing sales strategies to increase revenue. They will also identify market trends and opportunities, establish sales objectives, and analyze sales data to adjust strategies accordingly. Location - Moshi, Pune Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields. - 5+ years of experience in real-estate sales, with at least 2 years of experience in managing a sales team. - Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends - Experience with CRM software Skills Required- - Strong leadership skills - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets - Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies. - Data analysis and reporting skills - Able to work independently and in team environments - Sales and Marketing skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals - Experience managing a sales team Note: Must have experience in the real estate industry.
