The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of computer hardware, peripherals, networking equipment, and related technology products. This role involves identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Sales and Business Development: Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers. Customer Engagement: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable hardware solutions. Respond to customer inquiries and provide pre- and post-sales support. Market Analysis and Strategy: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide insights to the management team to refine sales strategies. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote products. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM software. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to the management team. Ensure timely delivery and installation of sold products. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably in hardware or technology products. Strong understanding of computer hardware, networking equipment, and peripherals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in B2B hardware sales. Knowledge of hardware brands and industry certifications (e.g., Cisco, HP, Dell).
