Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team.candidate should have experience in selling door closers, disc locks, side shutter locks, and telescopic channels. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and end customers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and market share. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with potential buyers. Meet and exceed sales targets within assigned regions. Provide technical guidance on product selection and installation when required. Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to optimize sales strategies. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and trade shows. Ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support to maintain long-term business relationships. Requirements: Proven experience in sales of hardware products, locks, or related security solutions. Strong network within the hardware, construction, and industrial sectors is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and drive results. A valid drivers license and willingness to travel as required. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of sales experience in the hardware or security products industry.,
