Job Description
You should possess a Diploma or B.E in Computer Science or any degree in a related field to be considered for this position. With a minimum of 2 to 2.5 years of experience, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to troubleshooting Network/Connectivity issues, patch updates, computer assembling, Hardware troubleshooting/installation, Switch configuration, and OS level troubleshooting. You must have a good knowledge of IIS, Windows, Linux, MS Office, and other installations. Furthermore, you are expected to have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a 24x7 environment. The role requires proficiency with MS Office and the capability to multitask efficiently. Your communication, documentation, and reporting skills will be crucial in this role.
