Job Description
Restaurant Operations: Oversee daily caf operations including front-of-house and kitchen coordination. Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness. Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and supply ordering. Implement and monitor SOPs to ensure efficiency and consistency. Manage reservations, peak-hour crowd control, and customer satisfaction. Team Management: Motivate the team to maintain a warm, welcoming environment. Conduct regular quality reviews and staff meetings. Community Engagement: Curate and organize community-driven events such as open mics, workshops, wellness sessions, and pop-up markets. Build partnerships with local artists, wellness practitioners, and social enterprises. Actively engage with customers to build a loyal and engaged customer base.
