It is essential to be well-versed with all dishes and drinks on the menu. Utilize every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and enhance sales through comprehensive product knowledge and effective selling skills. Attend to all guest queries, inquiries, and requests in a helpful, professional, warm, and friendly manner. Handle luggage courteously and efficiently. Manage room inventory and assign rooms according to guest requirements. Acquaint oneself with the property layout, fire exits, and elevator locations. Promptly report any equipment malfunction, emergency situations, or suspicious individuals to the Director of Guest Service. The ideal candidate should possess a BHM degree or diploma with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Bartender or be a fresh graduate.,
