Position Title: Guest Experience and Operations Manager Location: Alibagh Salary : Upto 7 lacs P.A Reports To: General Manager Department: Operations Guest Experience. Handling of guests from check-in to check-out. Ensuring that the testimonial is obtained Ensuring that standards are maintained. Operational responsibility Which will be covering both the Housekeeping Aspect and the maintenance.
