Client Experience Manager Platinum (UHNI Segment)
Location: Mumbai | Reporting To: Brand Head Platinum


About the Role
Platinum by Anand Rathi Wealth caters to clients with 50 Cr+ in investable assets. This role ensures smooth execution of curated experiences such as factory visits, offsites, and personalized giftingdelivering precision and consistency across all touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities:
Execute clients office visits annually with full client coordination and reporting.
Manage birthday gifting and maintain florist/vendor network across 5 key cities.
Own and update the Platinum Client Master List and monthly interaction tracker.
Coordinate hospitality and logistics for 2 marquee client offsites annually.


Ideal Candidate:
Background in luxury hospitality, corporate admin, or premium event coordination. Strong on execution, detail orientation, and client-facing polish. Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp-based logistics is a plus.
