Key Responsibilities for a Restauarnt Guest Relation Executive- Greeting and Welcoming:Warmly greet guests upon arrival and farewell them upon departure, creating a positive first and last impression. Customer Service:Address guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a prompt and efficient manner. Information and Assistance:Provide guests with information about facilities, services, local attractions, and other relevant details. VIP Handling:Provide special attention and personalized services to VIP guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Relationship Building:Develop rapport with guests, anticipate their needs, and build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business. Communication:Maintain open communication channels between staff and guests, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination. Documentation:Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and complaints. Problem-Solving:Handle guest issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating to management when necessary.
