As a Guest Experience Officer, you will collaborate closely with the Guest Experience Manager across various hotel areas to elevate the guest experience, ultimately creating unforgettable stays at the resort. Your core responsibility will involve ensuring that all hotel team members uphold the brand promise, delivering exceptional guest service consistently to achieve the HySat goals. To excel in this role, you should ideally hold a certificate or diploma in Leisure Management or Hospitality/Tourism Management. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Activities Coordinator is required.
