About Us: We are a fast-growing project in the Web3 space, venture funded, and were looking for a GTM Specialist with a deep understanding of Telegram to help us launch and scale our cutting-edge Telegram-native mini app. If you're passionate about driving growth in the Web3 space and know the ins and outs of Telegram and Twitter, this is the role for you! What Youll Do: Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy focused on Telegram as the primary growth channel Lead Telegram community building, engagement, and growth initiatives Create and manage campaigns on Twitter and other Web3-native platforms to drive awareness and user acquisition Work closely with marketing and product teams to optimize messaging and positioning across platforms Use analytics to track campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize impact Build partnerships with influencers and key communities within Telegram and Web3 spaces What Were Looking For: Proven experience in a GTM role with a focus on Web3 Deep expertise with Telegram, including managing channels, bots, and user engagement Solid understanding of Twitter and other Web3 marketing platforms Strong track record of building and scaling communities, especially on Telegram Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, decentralized environment Nice to Have: Familiarity with crypto and DeFi projects Experience with Telegram marketing tools and automation A network within the Web3 influencer community Why Join Us Work in the heart of the Web3 revolution Be part of a dynamic, innovative, and fast-growing project Fully remote and flexible working environment Competitive compensation and growth opportunities,
