About The Role In order to reach the milestone of $1B ARR and beyond, Rippling aims to establish a robust go-to-market engine that fuels growth across various product SKUs, sales segments, buyer personas, and countries. As the GTM Lead, your role is pivotal in orchestrating the product marketing strategy for Rippling's IT business. You will be responsible for defining strategies to identify and engage with customers effectively. Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and product teams, your insights will drive the right stories in the appropriate channels, empowering the sales team to succeed. What You Will Do - Champion Rippling's IT solutions and craft the go-to-market strategy for new launches. - Develop core GTM elements, such as messaging, positioning, and personas. - Conduct in-depth customer research to glean insights on products, target audiences, and competitive differentiators. - Collaborate with the Product team to shape the product roadmap. - Establish a continuous feedback loop among sales, product, and marketing teams. - Equip sales teams with the necessary tools and resources to enhance their performance. - Act as a spokesperson and thought leader, engaging with analysts, customers, and partners. - Approach business growth with a general manager mindset, focusing on key metrics like awareness, attach rate, win rate, adoption, and customer retention. What You Will Need - 5+ years of experience in product marketing, consulting, or general management, with a preference for 2+ years in marketing. - Background in SaaS tech businesses, particularly in IT technology/security. - Proven ability to translate market insights into actionable GTM strategies. - Strong collaboration skills with product teams and a proactive, action-oriented approach. - Results-driven with a commitment to evidence-based decision-making. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for clear storytelling. - Quick learner with exceptional problem-solving abilities. - Creative thinking abilities alongside analytical skills.
