Job Description


The main objective for the CaptiveCoE GTM Leader is getting engagement with prospects. The
thesis is that 1) demand is very high, 2) everyone is looking for help to scale and 3) we need to
increase the at bats (meetings) with Stakeholders.
Network/Relationship, Initial Messaging, GTM Content, & CaptiveCoE leadership will be the
main drivers.
After the initial meeting, sales process is pretty straight forward. Key levers are trust and
relationship. GTM leader can highlight opportunities Trantor to leverage our relationships to get
over the trust barrier
We can classify the deal size by Strategic (Potential for $2m+, 50+ headcount), Medium

(potential for $1m+, 20-40 headcount), Small (<10 headcount)

Qualification
Any Engineering / Management Graduate

MBA is Sales & Marketing preferred.
Experience
15+ years in the sale & marketing in relevant Industry
Excellent Networking Skill, Stakeholder management, and Account mining.
Excellent Verbal & Written communications skills
Go getter attitude.
