We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Sales Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading both inside and field sales associates, developing data-driven strategies, and fostering customer success to achieve ambitious business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead the Charge: Lead and motivate a blended team of inside and field sales associates to achieve ambitious growth targets. Master of Strategy: Develop data-driven lead generation strategies to expand the client base and fuel the sales pipeline. Coach & Cultivate: Build a high-performing team through effective recruitment, coaching, and performance management. Data Driver: Monitor and analyze key sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize team performance. Champion of Customer Success: Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional follow-up and collaboration with the sales team. Bridge Builder: Foster strong relationships across departments to align sales with overall business objectives. Product Whisperer: Translate customer insights into product/service enhancements for sustainable growth. Qualifications & Skills Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a leadership role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships. Experience managing and motivating both inside and field sales teams. Data-driven mindset with expertise in sales analytics, forecasting, and performance optimization. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills. Proficiency in English and local languages is required. MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.,
