Job Description
As a Growth Marketing Manager at our company, you will be responsible for driving our growth and customer acquisition strategies. You should have a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns that lead to increased lead generation and revenue growth. Your main responsibilities will include developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, conducting market research and analysis to identify events within India and internationally, creating and managing marketing campaigns across various channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement marketing initiatives. You will also be in charge of monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, managing the marketing budget, overseeing the creation of marketing materials, and building strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and strategic partners. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role focusing on growth marketing. You should have a strong track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth through marketing campaigns, excellent analytical skills, proficiency in data-driven marketing strategies, and good communication and collaboration skills. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms would be an advantage.
