We are looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Growth marketing and digital sales lead to champion Nourias presence across digital platforms. You will be leading Nourias growth strategy along with the founders and be responsible for presales strategy, customer acquisition, performance marketing and managing overall customer journey . This is a hybrid role that blends entrepreneurship, sales leadership and scaling customer acquisition, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on implementation. You will work closely with the Founders on a day to day basis to manage the role. Key Responsibilities: 1. Driving sales across all digital platforms 2. Management of performance ads on meta, google, youtube, pinterest and others 3. Customer acquisition at scale 4. Oversee customer journey on the brand website What Were Looking For: More than 5 years of work experience in digital sales and growth marketing Entrepreneurial passion to drive brand growth at an early stage Experience in Growth Hacking and Sales Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Knowledge of the fashion industry and market trends Expertise in operations of performance ads across all popular platforms such as meta, google and others Creative thinker with an eye for storytelling, strategy, and detail Confident communicator and brand representative both online and in person.
