Experience: 1-2yrs Location: Nashik Job Description Growth Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive strategies to accelerate marketplace growth, focusing on customer acquisition, seller onboarding, and market expansion. Seller Acquisition & Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new sellers. Develop retention programs to engage existing sellers and improve their performance on the platform. Marketplace Optimization: Analyze marketplace performance metrics, including sales trends, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. Use data to identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives that enhance user experience. Customer Experience Enhancement: Work with product and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for buyers. Implement feedback loops to continuously improve marketplace operations. Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that drive traffic to the marketplace. Manage promotional activities that boost visibility and sales for key sellers and products. Partnership Development: Establish and manage strategic partnerships with third-party service providers, technology platforms, and influencers to enhance the marketplace's reach and capabilities. Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with product, engineering, marketing, and customer service teams to implement new features, optimize platform performance, and address seller and customer needs. Performance Monitoring: Regularly report on marketplace KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decisions. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure the marketplace operates within legal guidelines and upholds high standards for product quality and seller conduct. Implement policies and processes to maintain marketplace integrity.
