Head of Growth Performance Marketing Location: Delhi (Work From Office) About BillCut: Were a fast-growing fintech startup helping Indians save smarter. What Youll Do: Own and manage 50L1Cr monthly budgets across Meta & Google. Build and scale full-funnel digital strategies for acquisition, engagement, and retention. Lead performance marketing with a strong data-driven approach using A/B testing and analytics tools. Discover and experiment with new growth channels. Collaborate closely with Product, Tech & Business teams. Report directly to the CMO and work closely with the founding team. What Were Looking For: 5+ years in digital marketing (2+ years leading teams). Proven success in performance marketing, growth hacking, and ROI optimization. Hands-on expertise with Meta, Google Ads, CRM, and analytics tools. Experience in mobile/app marketing is a strong plus. Analytical mindset with focus on CAC, LTV, ROAS.
