Job Description
As a Growth Consultant Customer Success at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and continuous support of Bizom, our cloud-based SaaS platform designed for supply chain automation within the FMCG industry. Your primary responsibilities will include managing end-to-end implementation for FMCG clients, configuring the product to align with customer-specific requirements, troubleshooting data-related issues, and acting as the main point of contact for clients. Your expertise in SaaS platforms, product configuration, and client management will be essential in driving product adoption, providing technical support, generating reports, and offering guidance on best practices to our clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting customer requirements, conducting quality assurance checks, leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and delivering post-go-live support to ensure a seamless customer experience. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or SaaS product support, with a strong background in working with data and a good grasp of the FMCG or retail sector. Exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are key attributes that we are looking for in potential candidates.
