Job Description
As the Custodian of the brand in the Premium Marketing - TVS Racing, RR310, Apache department, your role is crucial in ensuring the long-term development of the brand is not compromised by short-term business needs. You will be responsible for maintaining a consumer-centric, profitable, and differentiated portfolio of brands, leading a highly motivated team dedicated to delivering customer delight. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve market share targets for the designated brands. - Manage the brand lifecycle, plan product and brand interventions to meet desired goals. - Develop pricing strategies, achieve revenue targets, and mitigate risks for the assigned brands. - Monitor brand health and customer feedback to ensure a positive brand perception. - Track brand spends and evaluate their effectiveness. - Devise and implement an effective communication strategy to establish the brand's voice. - Lead and mentor a team of Brand Managers and Assistant Brand Managers to achieve brand objectives. - Collaborate closely with various departments including New Product Development, Design, Quality, and Market Research to gather and provide feedback, ensuring alignment with customer preferences. Functional Competencies: - Strong understanding of Product & Engineering. - Proficiency in Business Management encompassing Sales, Finance, and Marketing. - Knowledge of Business Statistics to analyze and interpret relevant data for strategic decision-making.
