Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their business goals, and provide strategic guidance and recommendations for their digital marketing efforts. Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, addressing any concerns, and managing expectations. Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with clients" objectives, considering channels such as search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, etc. Campaign Execution: Oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams or external vendors to ensure smooth execution and delivery of results. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives. Optimization and Recommendations: Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement based on data analysis, industry trends, and best practices, providing recommendations to clients to enhance their digital marketing outcomes. Budget Management: Develop and manage digital marketing budgets for client accounts, ensuring effective allocation of resources and achieving desired outcomes within budget constraints. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as creative, content, analytics, and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of client projects.
