Responsibilities: Perform cleaning services using environmentally friendly products and techniques. Inspect areas to determine cleaning requirements and assign tasks accordingly. Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are maintained and used safely. Follow established protocols for using green cleaning products to avoid allergic reactions and ensure safety. Communicate with clients to understand their cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service. Maintain a high level of professionalism and cleanliness at all job sites. Keep accurate records of services performed and report any issues to management. Participate in ongoing training about eco-friendly practices and products. Requirements: Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services, preferably with a focus on green cleaning. Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning products and techniques. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning duties, including lifting and moving furniture when necessary. Willingness to adhere to safety and environmental regulations. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Reliable transportation to travel to different job sites.
