Position: -Green Building Engineer Desired Profile:We are seeking Green Building Engineer, the ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architecture, with a deep understanding of building design principles and green building practices. This role is integral in ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of sustainability and performance. Education and Qualifications: - B.Arch. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Integrated Design Solutions: Leverage your architectural background to develop engineering solutions that enhance sustainable building design. Focus on integrating energy-efficient systems, water-saving technologies, and environmentally friendly materials into projects 2. Building Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses, including energy modelling, daylighting studies, and environmental impact assessments, to optimize building performance and sustainability. 3. Ensure Compliance: Make sure all designs meet industry standards, codes, and regulations. Stay up to date with the latest industry practices and incorporate them into your work. Experience: - 1 to 2 years. (Freshers can also apply) Requieredment: Strong Knowledge of Structural Engineering: Solid understanding of engineering principles and structural design. Ability to apply these principles to real-world projects. Proficiency with Software and Tools: Skilled in using design software Comfortable with Microsoft Office and other engineering tools. Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Excellent at identifying and addressing engineering challenges. Strong communicator, able to explain complex ideas clearly.
