You have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Graphics & Motion Graphics Designer. As part of this role, you will be responsible for creating a variety of visual assets such as banners, infographics, social media posts, presentations, and brand collateral. Additionally, you will design and animate videos for explainer content, product showcases, reels, ads, and YouTube content. You will also be involved in developing storyboards and visual scripts for animations. Collaboration is key in this role as you will work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to execute campaigns effectively. It is important to stay updated with design trends and tools to bring fresh creativity to all projects. Basic video editing skills are required to edit video footage and audio when necessary. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in Graphic Design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma/Canva, and Motion Graphics tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro (or Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). A good understanding of animation principles, transitions, typography, and timing is essential. You should also possess a strong grasp of color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. Moreover, having creative storytelling skills and the ability to convert scripts into visuals will be beneficial. Attention to detail, effective time management, and a proactive attitude are qualities that will help you manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality output. It would be advantageous if you have experience with 3D tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, knowledge of UI/UX, or web design experience. Previous exposure to working in SaaS, advertising, or gaming industries is a plus. Understanding video marketing and platform-specific content requirements for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook is also desirable. We require all applicants to submit a portfolio or reel showcasing their graphic design and motion graphics projects.
