You are invited to join our team as a Graphics & Motion Designer with 4-5 years of experience at our Bangalore office. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content in collaboration with the marketing team and video producers to support branding initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include designing motion graphics and animations for digital media platforms using tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D. You will also be creating graphics for various purposes including social media, websites, advertisements, and packaging using Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite. Additionally, incorporating typography, visual effects, and sound design to create engaging motion content will be a crucial part of your role. Ensuring brand consistency across all visual materials, adapting designs for different platforms, and collaborating with various teams for cohesive concepts are also key aspects of this position. Staying updated on design trends and integrating innovative styles while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment will be expected from you. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in design tools, especially Adobe Creative Suite, is essential. Strong design fundamentals in typography, color theory, and composition will be beneficial. Effective communication and collaboration skills, along with a problem-solving mindset and adaptability to feedback, are qualities we value. Experience with AI tools will be considered an added advantage. This is a permanent position based in our Bangalore office. The compensation package offered for this role ranges from INR 4,20,000/- to INR 6,00,000/- per annum, depending on your experience and expertise.
