Graphic Designer E-learning Location: Noida Mode: Work from Office We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to support our on-demand e-learning projects. This is a dynamic opportunity to work on a wide variety of deliverables including: Designing for ILTs, WBTs, simulations, motion graphics, infographics, front-end designs, branding, and interactive assets Collaborating with Instructional Designers and Project Managers to interpret storyboards and bring them to life through compelling visuals Creating low and high fidelity wireframes to support design thinking and UX alignment Contributing to new business pitches, customer intake sessions, and presentations with creative visual inputs Staying updated with the latest trends in UI/UX design, responsive design, accessibility standards, and content aesthetics Managing review feedback and tracking issues to closure within the internal quality framework Key Skills & Experience Minimum 4+ years of experience in e-learning creative design Proficient in: Adobe Flash Photoshop CorelDRAW Illustrator Sound Forge Ability to interpret storyboards and visualization cues to produce engaging and instructionally sound graphics Knowledge of responsive and accessible design principles is an added advantage Experience working in collaborative, fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams,
