You will be working as a Graphic Designer & WordPress Developer at LSSR located in Nagarbhavi, Bangalore. As a creative and technically skilled professional with 3-5 years of experience, you will have the opportunity to engage in design and web development tasks within a collaborative and innovative environment. Your responsibilities will involve creating visually appealing designs for both print and digital media, including social media platforms, websites, and marketing materials. Additionally, you will be tasked with building and optimizing WordPress websites to enhance user engagement and drive business growth. Your primary duties will include designing logos, illustrations, and marketing collateral, as well as developing captivating social media and branding materials. You will collaborate closely with content, marketing, and development teams to deliver effective designs. It will be essential to stay updated with design trends and best practices to ensure the quality and relevance of your work. In terms of WordPress development, you will be responsible for customizing and maintaining websites, integrating themes and plugins, and optimizing performance and security. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, experience with WordPress page builders, familiarity with front-end technologies, and knowledge of motion graphics/video editing will be advantageous for this role. The recruitment process will involve a series of steps, starting with a 15-minute HR screening followed by a 30-minute Skills & Capabilities Online Assessment. Subsequently, you will undergo a 1-hour Technical Interview with the Manager and a final 20-minute Interview with Management. Key skills required for this position include proficiency in jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, SEO, performance optimization, graphic design, and WordPress development. Experience in the financial services or fintech industry is preferred but not mandatory.,
