As a Graphic Design Intern at our company, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials such as social media posts, digital ads, and email campaigns. Additionally, you will play a key role in editing and enhancing videos, GIFs, and motion graphics to support our marketing efforts. Your creativity and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining brand consistency across all digital and print materials. To excel in this role, you should be pursuing or have completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools like Canva and Figma is required. A basic understanding of typography, color theory, branding, and layout design will be beneficial. While knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is preferred, it is not mandatory. Collaboration with the social media and content teams to generate innovative ideas for engagement will be a vital part of your daily tasks. Staying updated with design trends and incorporating new techniques into your projects will be essential for success in this role. Strong time management skills and creativity will set you up for a rewarding experience as you work on real-world projects and gain exposure to branding and marketing strategies in the HR industry.
