Website Banner Design: o Develop visually appealing website banners that enhance user experience and align with brand aesthetics. Brand Consistency: o Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all channels. Project Management: o Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work. Stay Updated: o Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve your skill set and bring fresh ideas to the team. Desired Skills: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics, animations, and website banners. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) Experience in animation and motion graphics is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and time management skills. A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think outside the box. Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in social media, animation, and web design.
