Job Title: Graphic Designer E-learning & Storyboarding Location: Goregaon, Mumbai Type: Full-time, On-site Company Overview At The Wise Blend, we specialize in creating custom E-learning modules, videos, and digital learning experiences for leading B2B brands across industries. Were looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can help bring our content to life through beautiful, clean, and meaningful visuals. Role Overview As a Graphic Designer at The Wise Blend, your core role will be to design learning modules, video layouts, and storyboards that communicate complex information in an engaging and visually appealing way. Youll collaborate closely with instructional designers, content writers, and animators to ensure every screen is both beautiful and functional. Key Responsibilities Design storyboards and presentation layouts for e-learning modules and video content Visualize scenarios, learning screens, characters, and environments for educational content Create clean, professional visuals that support and elevate learning objectives Develop visual layouts for explainer videos, animated modules, and training content Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure designs align with content flow and meaning Apply strong typographic and layout principles to design learning material thats both informative and visually appealing Occasionally create visual assets like icons, infographics, or UI elements for modules Ensure design consistency across different projects and follow brand/style guidelines Required Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in e-learning, digital content, or media Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a bonus) Strong skills in layout design, typography, visual hierarchy, and color theory Experience working with storyboards or presentation design tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Adobe tools) Ability to understand content and design visuals that clarify and enhance it Creative thinking and an eye for detail Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines independently Familiarity with e-learning design tools like Articulate Storyline is a bonus Based in Mumbai this is an on-site role Nice to Have (Bonus Skills) Experience designing for learning, training, or instructional content Exposure to motion design or basic animation Understanding of UI/UX principles for interactive modules Experience with AI-powered design tools (like MidJourney, DALLE, or Canva AI) Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Experience: Graphic design: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person,
