Graphic Designer and Content Creator Location: Wakad, Pune Experience: 23 years About the Role The Media / Public Relations Associate will be responsible for capturing and creating visual content, editing media, and supporting the communication needs of the organization. The role involves both field and desk work to document project activities and highlight impact through various media formats. Key Responsibilities Conduct photoshoots and videoshoots of field activities, events, and sessions Edit photos and videos for internal and external communication Create engaging content for social media, reports, and promotional materials Assist in developing visual stories, reels, and short films that reflect the organizations impact Coordinate with program teams to plan media coverage of key initiatives Maintain an organized archive of all media content and files Support public relations efforts by contributing to campaigns and outreach materials Ensure consistency in branding and visual communication across platforms Qualification and Experience Graduate in Media, Communication, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred) 23 years of experience in photography, videography, and content creation Proficient in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva) Creative thinking with an eye for detail and storytelling Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Willingness to travel to project sites as required Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Wakad, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Graphic designing: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Location: Wakad, Pune, Maharashtra (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person,
