Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 1 to 3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent visual storytelling skills, and proficiency in industry-standard design tools. You will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.   Key Responsibilities: Design graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, and advertisements Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts Ensure consistency in designs and adhere to brand guidelines Edit and retouch images as needed Stay updated with design trends and apply best practices Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Adapt existing designs for various platforms (web, mobile, social media)   Required Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy Ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus Good communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and strong time-management abilities   Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field Portfolio showcasing relevant design work Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus   Benefits: Friendly and collaborative work environment Opportunities to work on diverse creative projects INR 60,000 per Annum for Hygiene Grocery Kit Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Facility Learning and growth opportunities   interested candidates can forward their resume to     jobb.spring@gmail.com
