To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 1 year of professional graphic design experience, be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), demonstrate a strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout principles, possess a creative portfolio showcasing diverse design work, and have the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
